Fearless Classes.

Targeting the 50+ age bracket, Our classes are currently running on Fridays from 1:30 - 3:45pm.

We intend to cater for people of all ages and abilities, if you are interested in a class which is not currently on our schedule, please complete the register your interest form down the bottom and we will get back to you.

Confidence Through Circus 60+

Recommended for 60 - 70 years of age, or if you are starting to become worried about balance and instability.

NOTE: This term will be running Either Confidence Through Circus OR Circus & Acrobatics 50+ depending on enrolments.

Fridays 1:30pm - 2:30pm at the South Australian Circus Centre, 27 Fifth St, Bowden.

This 8 week course is the perfect introduction to start you on your Fearless Journey.

This is our entry level class aimed at preparing our bodies to roll. We’ll learn roll dynamics, balance control, and preparing our bodies to do both of these things safely. These exercises will be coupled with different entry level circus apparatus and challenges to build confidence, add excitement and keep everything new and challenging.

Recommended for 55+,

You are quite fit and active, maybe you can already do a basic roll but want to learn more rolls and be challenged.

Fridays 2:45pm - 3:45pm at the South Australian Circus Centre, 27 Fifth St, Bowden.

Aimed at people who are quite fit and active and maybe can already do a basic roll but who want to learn more rolls and be challenged. Having completed a "Confidence Through Circus" Course is a big advantage. We will also be expanding our focus to learn other circus disciplines and apparatus to challenge ourselves and become body resilient. While we are doing this we will revel in fun, silliness and exploration of things we have never attempted before.

Best suited to those who have completed a "Fit & Ready to Roll" course or have a very active background. This is the perfect class for ex-gymnasts who want to challenge their bodies again and people who want to challenge themselves in doing something they never thought possible.
Rolls, cartwheels, headstands, handstands, partner acrobatics, circus balance and trampolines. Challenging at your own level, come solo or bring your partner and learn things you'll love showing the rest of your family and friends.
